Focus: High quality instruction, differentiation, interventions, and data

• Engage in additional learning focused on components of W.I.N.
  
• Serve as a point person to support W.I.N. in each building 
  
• Meet with other W.I.N. leads to support consistent implementation
  

Social and Emotional Learning 

    Focus: Caring School Community Curriculum and tier 2 and tier 3 SEL interventions

• Help identify professional development needs related to SEL
  
• Serve as a model classroom for tier 1 SEL components
  
• Meet with other SEL leads to support district-wide implementation
